Point One

An extra assignment is available for people who plagiarised in Assignment 1, but it is not compulsory. Those people can personally pick it up from me during class next week, if you return your original Assignment 1 to me at the same time.

Point Two

These things are considered important for Assignment 2 (not in order of importance):

• Followed written and oral instructions for formatting
• Included data from the bullet points in your Assignment 2 handout
• Submitted as a printed document before deadline (not submitted on-line)
• Included one table and one figure to illustrate or describe your points, and used them correctly
• Enough white space
• Spell-checked and proof-read
• Sensible paragraphing, with topic sentences where desirable, and with text that flows where possible
• Produced your own work; not plagiarised from the Web or from other people or sources
• Document has the look and feel of a report, including enough information in the introduction to make it understandable by itself, sensible headings and bullet-point or numbered conclusions rather than letter-style conclusions
• Used numbers correctly
• Right level of formality
• Properly cited three of the articles provided according to the APA style guide, in order to compare, stress, contrast, discuss or emphasise points you wished to make
