Writing Assignment #2 for Elizabeth's NJV III students:

Coursebook, p. 65, Task 9, Formal Letter
Read pp. 63-65 to review the requirements for a formal letter.
Write a formal letter in answer to the task. Organize the letter in four paragraphs:

Paragraph 1: reason for writing
Paragraph 2: clarification of situation
Paragraph 3: further details if necessary
Paragraph 4: any requests for action or information
